William “Bill” Vallari

William “Bill” Vallari is a Manager, Learning & Development, at Fujifilm and is currently responsible for all facets of leadership development. He is currently creating a blended leadership development program, incorporating the Purposeful Leadership Model as the cornerstone of the Succession Planning initiative.
Bill began his career as a public school educator and transitioned to corporate education 25 years ago. During his tenure, he has worked in a variety of L&D roles, including trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant. He is passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential, fostering inclusive behavior, and supporting corporate performance and business outcomes. In 2012, he received the Training Top 125 award for his work on the MetLife Essential Skills program.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in history and education from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, and a graduate degree in history and education from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ.
