Tina Hellsten

About Tina:

Tina Hellsten is a Director of Strategic Accounts at Linkage, a SHRM company, where she works with leaders and organizations to help accelerate advancing women in leadership and inclusive leadership development.

Background & Experience:

Tina brings with her a solid background in both the HR Tech arena and the startup software space, leveraging partnerships to help drive change in organizations seeking to improve both the customer and employee experience. She is especially passionate about building long-term relationships with her partners and clients, and always looks to bring a solution-building mindset to the table.

Outside of the workplace, Tina is deeply involved in giving back to the Austin, Texas, community, where she was born and raised, particularly in volunteering for Austin Habitat for Humanity, where she was recently awarded the Fundraiser of the Year.

Education & Training:

Tina has a Bachelor of Science in corporate communications from Ithaca College.
