About Susie:

As former Vice President of Consulting, Susie oversaw the delivery of the Linkage suite of products and coaching by Linkage consultants and affiliate partners. She worked cross-functionally with the leaders and teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Engagement and Operations, as they strive to create and deliver products that drive purposeful and lasting leadership impact. As the former leader for both Linkage’s Inclusion and Advancing Women Leaders practice, she played a key role in ensuring these practices are continually evolving based on new research and learnings from the client-facing experience. She also ensured the delivery of these experiences were of the highest quality and relevance for our clients. 

Susie has almost 30 years of experience with a unique and diverse background. She has been a healthcare provider, a sales consultant, a leader of people and a coach and consultant working globally with organizations, teams, individuals and groups.

Background & Experience:

Prior to joining Linkage, Susie worked for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in a variety of roles across multiple product and business areas, including Sales Leadership, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Change Management. While there, she led a behavior change initiative, where her work in collaboration with others was considered transformative to the organization. This work included identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with teams to create new and better ways of working. She coached and consulted with multiple teams and leaders at all levels of the organization. 

Since joining Linkage, she has worked with multiple global organizations and individuals from the first-line leader to the C-suite. Her work has included executive coaching, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, advancing women leaders and organizational change management. 

Susie’s prior career as a physical therapist taught her the importance of systems thinking in solving complex problems, and that behavior change is the most important lever in reaching goals.

Education & Training:

Susie holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in economics from South Dakota State University. She is an International Coach Federation Certified Coach, a Certified Behavior Change Specialist, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds certifications in Team Coaching, Organization Development, Collaborative Consulting, and PROSCI Change Management. 

Susie’s clients include Disney, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Kaiser Permanente, GlaxoSmithKline, Siemens, Lenovo, Procter & Gamble, Philips, Toyota and Toyota Europe, Oracle, John Deere, BioMarin, 3M, Intuitive Surgical, Synchrony and Goodwill Easter Seals.
