Background & Experience

Before her tenure at SHRM, Siaoming held the pivotal role of Senior National Account Manager at the American Association for Physician Leadership. Here, she led the charge in revolutionizing custom leadership development programs specifically designed for physicians and healthcare personnel. Her transformative work extended across hospitals, healthcare organizations, societies and nonprofits, with notable partnerships including AMSUS, BayCare Health System, UW Health and Lee Memorial Health System.

Siaoming’s international upbringing in Hong Kong provides her with a unique global perspective. She currently resides in Tampa, FL, with her fiancée and their four children. She considers herself a “Disney Adult” and loves to visit the theme parks with her kids whenever she can.
