Before joining Linkage, Serena was a Process Improvement Analyst at DFCU Financial. She was responsible for driving internal process improvements and curating the internal end-user experience through strategic coordination and internal stakeholder management.
Education & Training:
Serena has a bachelor’s degree in English from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She is bilingual in English and Albanian.
