Customer Success Manager
Rita Giddens is a Customer Success Manager at Linkage, a SHRM company, where she is responsible for supporting large-scale, strategic accounts. Rita has over 20 years of experience in client services, partner relations and hospitality, and she focuses on building genuine relationships with her clients and understanding their key challenges to ensure Linkage delivers exceptional value where it is needed most. She also brings a unique leadership perspective to the Customer Success team through her work as a board member for Fort Myers Roller Derby, a nonprofit, semipro sports league that competes at both the local and regional level.
Background & Experience:
Prior to Linkage, Rita worked as both an individual contributor and team manager at Gartner. During her time there, she spearheaded many initiatives that focused on professional and leadership development, such as presenting to a region of 200+ associates on owning their career journey and communicating accomplishments effectively, hosting both a podcast club and a book club, as well as driving exceptional customer value and achieving above-goal retention outcomes for her entire 8-year tenure. Rita has also created and hosted roller derby workshops on “Kick Your League’s Toxic Culture to the Curb” and “Coaching Cues for a Positive Team Culture,” both to international audiences.
Education & Training:
Rita has a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. She is also a certified Nutrition Coach (PN Level 1).
