Madison Gattis is a Customer Success Team Lead at Linkage, where she partners with clients as a trusted advisor to manage large-scale transformations with strategic accounts. She has a decade of experience in client services, with a background in experiential education and nonprofits. Her love of complex puzzles and challenges is what drives her thoughtful, detailed partnerships with organizations across industries.
Background & Experience:
Prior to joining Linkage, Madison was a consultant for Gartner’s Talent Management Solutions, partnering with large organizations to create and implement a range of functional and cross-functional leadership experiences, both live and virtual. Madison has also worked in corporate and nonprofit experiential education for adults and youth, in roles ranging from Operations and Marketing to Relationship Management.
Education & Training:
Madison has a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She is also a registered Yoga and Mindfulness instructor, teaching privately with a focus on individual growth and work-life balance, and volunteers her time as a Master Gardener, providing free gardening and urban agriculture education to her community.
