​About Machael:

Machael Sherry is a Principal Consultant at Linkage. Machael has spent over 15 years in the learning and development space, where she has created, implemented and managed large-scale leadership development experiences designed to help leaders gain greater insight into themselves and others, inspire and influence action, and attain meaningful outcomes at the individual, team and organizational level.

Background & Experience:

Prior to joining Linkage, Machael held senior leadership positions in several organizations; in each role, she elevated organizational performance by creating clarity around vision and strategy, recruiting and developing talent, and building a culture where people feel valued, included and invested in the organization’s continued success.

Education & Training:

Machael holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Boston College, a Master of Science in education from Pace University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Machael is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS & MVPI).
