Kristin Barrett is Vice President of Consulting & Executive Coach at Linkage. Her focus is on helping organizations elevate business results through inspiring leadership capability. She has worked strategically with several of our closest client partners for the past five years to design and implement strategic and multidimensional solutions to enable transformational and sustainable change in the organization. She is a champion for women thriving in leadership and life. Becoming your best is her personal philosophy. She takes a holistic approach to partnership with our clients.
Background and Experience:
Prior to joining Linkage, Kristin has led successful teams in sales, marketing and organizational learning and development at AT&T. She has 20 years of experience working with executives in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services and higher education/academic medicine. She has served on and worked with several boards as well, including the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and Boston College Alumni Association.
Kristin has an aptitude for creating sustainable impact by working collaboratively with client partners, facilitating the appropriate thought leadership to create change and positively impact culture. She is passionate about advancing women in leadership, the commitments of great leadership, and inclusion.
Education and Training:
Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Boston College, and studied abroad at Queen Mary College, University of London in England.
She is currently earning a Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and is also in the process of being accredited as a coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
