Customer Success Manager
Hana Supandi is a Customer Success Manager at Linkage, a SHRM company, where she is responsible for client advocacy and management. Background & Experience:
Hana has over six years of diverse experience in project and client management, including account growth and customer success. As a visionary strategist and tactician, she has a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in revenue growth, operational performance and profitability. Her experience extends from B2B and B2C in small- and medium-sized business, mid-market, and enterprise markets. In her current role, she nurtures enterprise-level clients through implementation and management of large-scale and complex projects for strategic accounts. She supports client deliverables as well as internal stakeholders, providing exceptional client service.
Prior to Linkage, Hana was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Glue Up. As the single point of contact for onboarding, training and contract renewal, she provided high-touch account management in CRM in the Events & Membership Tech space. Previously, she was an HCM (Human Capital Management) Business Consultant at ADP, where she worked on business development, sales strategy and account management.
Education & Training:
Hana earned a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and food science from Middle Tennessee State University. Her certifications include Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Hana’s favorite motto is “Calm within the chaos!”
