Emily Koski, Vice President, is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Segment Strategy lead at U.S. Bank. She and her team develop segment-specific strategies and implement initiatives that support diverse employees in their careers including women, professionals of color, employees with disabilities, active military/veteran employees and the LGBTQ community.
Her strengths are uniting people to deliver on a common vision and creating strategies that are both simple and effective. For example, under her leadership, the company has expanded women’s development programming that leads to significantly higher career mobility rates for participants and increased retention.
Emily holds a master’s in voice performance from Wichita State University and a bachelor of fine arts in Musical Theatre from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. In addition to her role at U.S. Bank, she also works as a part-time church music director and voice and piano teacher. She leverages her performance and teaching skills to infuse energy and creativity in all her work.
Emily, her husband, and their four kids, ages 8 and under, live in Minneapolis, MN.
