About Danielle:
Danielle Lucido is Director, Affialiate Network at Linkage. She is a mission-oriented, metrics-driven strategic business leader with nearly 20 years of experience leading small to mid-size organizations. She has dedicated her career to helping leaders achieve growth in their business objectives and significance in their personal and professional lives.
Currently in her role with Linkage, she manages the U.S. executive coach and consultant faculty network and serves as a faculty member for the annual Global Institute for Leadership Development® and the Women in Leadership Institute™ which has been accelerating the development of thousands of leaders for more than two decades.
Background and Experience:
Prior to joining Linkage, Danielle’s passion and quest around the practice of leadership began fresh out of college, where at the ripe old age of 25, she led the organizational growth and oversight of 50 employees and a 20 Million P&L for a family run organization. She was also an executive leader in the education management industry, where she focused on turnaround organizations and cultivated high-performing, award-winning cultures that enable organizational metrics to meet and exceed goals.
Her passion to serve expands beyond business, she is a Hatha Yoga Instructor and avid Mindfulness Practitioner. She’s also an active committee member for the prestigious senior women’s Boston Club, an organization committed to the advancement for women in senior and board leadership roles. And she also facilitates salary negotiation workshops for AAUW in the Greater Boston area, to which she was featured in the New York Times for her strong committed beliefs and actions in the realm of gender equality, equal pay and leadership representation.
Education and Training:
Danielle has a Master’s degree in Leadership from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
