Cindy Cake is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ephrata National Bank, where she acts as a member of the Bank’s executive team and oversees Human Capital Strategy, Learning & Organizational Development and Total Rewards. She has over 15 years of experience working with executive teams to connect talent strategy to business strategy, objectives and initiatives with a focus on workforce planning, leadership development, organizational psychology and creating total rewards programs that both facilitate business results and engage talent.
Cindy has worked with global and community-based organizations within the financial services, manufacturing, medical devices, nonprofit and technology industries. She has focused her career on delivering talent solutions that directly impact organizational results and is an accomplished executive, with expertise in evolving leadership impact through utilizing advanced learning methodologies, coaching and consultation. Cindy has led multiple teams within the total rewards, organizational development and employee life cycle concentrations. She has served in a variety of roles including human resources officer, total rewards leader, learning and organizational development facilitator, leadership consultant and employee solutions officer.
Cindy has a master’s in human resources management from Villanova University and is currently pursuing a PhD in organizational psychology.
