Calvin Crosslin is the Chief Diversity Officer for Lenovo, President of the Lenovo Foundation, and Vice President of Lenovo Human Resources. Lenovo is a $60 billion global Fortune 500 company and leader in personal computers, smartphones, tablets, enterprise servers and gaming technologies. 

In his work as Chief Diversity Officer, Calvin enacts breakthrough, industry-leading inclusion initiatives created from a research-based strategy. Through these initiatives, Lenovo continues to take steps toward ensuring its workforce reflects the best insights, creativity and experiences reflective of Lenovo’s customers and society. He continues to evolve Lenovo’s approach of building inclusive leadership behavior and fostering diverse and inclusive systems through increased accountability and training. Calvin is also a member of Lenovo’s Human Resources Executive Committee (HREC). His past experiences have enabled him to build a strong foundation as a respected HR strategic partner and maintain strong partnerships with Lenovo’s Employee Resource Groups. 

As head of the Lenovo Foundation, Calvin helps drive the company’s philanthropic efforts to empower underserved communities by helping them access technology through supporting science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and diversity programs. These programs include diversifying the STEM talent pipeline by increasing access and cultivating interest in STEM fields. 

Calvin earned a bachelor’s degree in business from SUNY College at Old Westbury. He previously worked at IBM as a human resources manager.
