About Blanche:

Blanche Conlu is a Customer Success Analyst at Linkage. She is an experienced trainer with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring and professional training and coaching industry. 

Background & Experience:

Before joining Linkage, Blanche was a Communications Trainer at Conduent Business Services, Philippines, for most of its healthcare accounts. She was responsible for not only training delivery but also for planning and coordinating. She spearheaded the development of the communications training syllabus and its modules and has worked with Bayer US, UK, ANZ, Korea, among others, through their partnership with Conduent. 

Education & Training:

Blanche earned a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of San Carlos in Cebu, Philippines. She enjoys creating English grammar and pronunciation guides for her followers on a video-sharing, focused social networking service. She also enjoys organizing events and has worked with the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Cebu for the local K-pop World Festival Competition as one of the lead coordinators.
