The Virtual Women in Leadership Institute is underway. Today, women leaders heard from two keynote speakers: #1 New York Times best-selling author Glennon Doyle and award-winning broadcast journalist Soledad O’Brien. Let’s dive into what we learned.

This afternoon, we kicked off the first ever Virtual Women in Leadership Institute™ in its 21-year history. Maria Howard, Chief Revenue Officer and Principal Consultant at Linkage, shared her insights into one of the most prominent hurdles women face in the workplace, the “Inner Critic.” This hurdle is especially relevant given today’s stressful environment, which requires us to juggle our home and work commitments differently in response to the global health pandemic.
