What’s the difference between systems thinking and strategic thinking? (video)

We all know that successful leaders help set the strategy for their organizations, right? And there’s no shortage of seminars and workshops that teach strategic thinking. And yes, having strategic leaders and a sound strategy is, in fact, extremely important. But, as Linkage Principal Consultant Mark Hannum explains in this video clip, you can’t really set the strategy until you have a firm grasp of the “system.”
