What is a Learning Team?

March 29, 2011

Providing a sustainable learning experience to the participants at our Summits is an important challenge that we take seriously. We don’t want the learning to end onsite at our events. The Learning Team addresses this need.

Based on a pre-Summit assessment used to determine experience, key challenges, and learning objectives, participants are grouped into learning teams of 15-20 people. The teams meet in two-hour increments throughout the Summit.

Participants are able to reflect upon, process, and share key learning’s from the Summit, network with other participants, create an action plan, and engage in dialogue with peers who are interested in similar topics.

Participants are guided through real, practical experiences that are grounded in application, given best practices from case study examples, and provided with topic-specifics models, tools, and assessments.
