What can a blond white woman from Ireland teach us about diversity? (video)

April 10, 2013

Quite a lot actually.

The blonde—Caroline Casey—has been legally blind since birth, and she’s dedicated to changing how our global society views people with disabilities. In this short video clip, she shares her story of inspiration and hope—and when she finally decided to ask for help.

We’re excited to report that Caroline is a faculty member at our Institute for Leading Diversity & Inclusion taking place in Atlanta next month. She will be discussing innovative ways to help businesses develop cultural competency and see “disabled” workers as assets.
