Upcoming Free Webinar | The Future of You Starts NOW! How Women Leaders Can Scale the Hurdles to Advancement – March 2022

February 24, 2022

Now is the time to recommit to the advancement of women leaders in the workplace.

Here’s what we face: According to McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2021 report, we continue to see evidence of a “broken rung” on the first promotion ladder to manager—women continue to be promoted to manager at far lower rates than men. And, the gains in leadership representation for women overall have not translated to gains for women of color, representing only 4% of C-suite leaders.

Women also continue to be disproportionately impacted by the ongoing health crisis and intense disruptions to the workplace and childcare. Women leaders are dealing with a lot—but they shouldn’t have to go it alone.

At Linkage, we believe that now is the time to equip women with the skills, knowledge and support they need to thrive. By taking control of our present and charting a path forward, we can achieve our personal goals. To begin this important work, we need a partner and a supportive community of women leaders to back us.

I invite you to tune into the next free webinar from Linkage.

During this virtual session, which is the first offering in Linkage’s new Women in Leadership (WIL) Accelerator Live program, you’ll hear the latest data on women in the workplace from Linkage experts, experience a guided conversation focused on advancement and goal setting, and participate in breakout groups where you’ll have a chance to connect with women leaders from other organizations.
