Tiffany Edwards and Chuck Wurl Join Linkage | A Growing Team of Directors of Strategic Accounts Focused on Purposeful Leadership, Inclusion, and Advancement of Women Leaders

As organizations scale the challenges of developing, supporting and retaining a diverse and robust workforce during a time of great volatility and change, it is more important than ever to partner with the brightest advocates for advancement.  

We are excited to announce the newest additions to our Strategic Accounts team and welcome Tiffany Edwards and Chuck Wurl as Directors.  

“Tiffany and Chuck bring passion and focus to their mission to develop purposeful and inclusive leaders, advance women leaders, and embrace our commitment to inclusion and equity,” said Shannon Bayer, VP Revenue. “Their unique backgrounds make them invaluable as strategists for their clients.”  

As Directors of Strategic Accounts, Tiffany and Chuck will work with diverse client organizations across verticals. 

Tiffany Edwards  

Tiffany Edwards is a Director of Strategic Accounts at Linkage. As a senior-level business professional with more than fifteen years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, business development and talent acquisition, Tiffany has deep expertise in designing and structuring effective solutions in the broad field of competency modeling, assessments, leadership development, talent selection and coaching.

Tiffany has notable experience in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, nonprofit and technology sectors. She has a proven ability to foster relationships with C-Suite, senior executives and corporate teams, and her vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success.

Prior to joining Linkage, Tiffany was a client director at Korn Ferry Products Group, where she focused on key accounts to help integrate the full suite of offerings into the overall talent management program. Previously, she worked as the assistant vice president, business development and sales for Prodigy Placements. She has also held roles in business development and executive recruitment with both national and global recruiting firms.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is fluent in Russian.

Chuck Wurl

Chuck Wurl is a Director of Strategic Accounts at Linkage, where he helps clients achieve leadership excellence by connecting them with the proper Linkage solutions and consultants. He is passionate about changing the face of leadership through advancing women leaders, and champions the positive business impacts that diverse, equitable and inclusive companies have on their colleagues and clients. 

Chuck has a diverse career background, having worked in solutions sales for a manufacturer of queuing hardware and software, and has experience in engineered powered solutions for material handling equipment. Prior to those roles, he worked as a business training development manager and as an instructional designer. Chuck started his career path as a post-secondary history teacher and academic advisor.  

Chuck holds a BA in history from Elon University and an MA in history from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Graduate Certificate in instructional design from the University of Wisconsin, Stout.
