In just a few short weeks, we will kick off the Women in Leadership Institute™! This year, we are coming to you live from Orlando, Florida, and through our virtual platform, making this the most accessible Institute in its 24-year history. Our hybrid format allows us to reach more women than ever before —in person or from the comfort of their own home or office —3,000 attendees will join us for this four-day, transformative leadership development experience. As we prepare to welcome these women leaders, I am reflecting on the journey that they have taken to get to this moment: 3,000 women, 3,000 unique stories of innovation, intelligence, thoughtfulness and resilience.

Women leaders continue to impress me in all that they do – balancing home, child and eldercare, work and professional leadership responsibilities, their own personal wellness, hobbies, community involvement and more. The women who will join us at WIL represent a community of passionate, engaged and focused leaders who are raising up their teams, their organizations, and themselves.
