April 26, 2012

Mirian Graddick-Weir, recipient of the University of Michigan Lifetime Achievement Award in Talent Management, was recently featured on HBR.com.  Her article How to Educate More Creative Problem-Solvers delves into how “we must inspire students to find value in pursuing a career in science. She promotes integrative thinking to help students both in and out of the classroom to understand the broader picture, and prepare them to address larger challenges.
