“The Reinventors-How Extraordinary Companies Pursue Radical Continuous Change” by Jason Jennings

October 7, 2011

Jason Jennings’ new book, due out early next year, promises to reveal the secrets of those leaders who have successfully reinvented and transformed themselves. Jennings, along with his team of researchers, have screened and studied more than 120,000 companies in total for this book.

“Many of the companies I’ve profiled in previous books are wildly innovative and I frequently lecture and speak on the subject, but reinvention goes far beyond a new product or service,” writes Jennings. Reinvention isn’t Innovation. Reinvention is a top to bottom ruthless review and rebuild of the organization asking and answering the hardest of questions such as:

  • When are we a candidate for reinvention?
  • What business are we in?
  • What business will we be in?
  • How are we going to get paid for what we do?
  • How do we change everything we do to take advantage of the latest technologies that might not even exist yet?
  • How and when do we start pulling the plug on the things we’re doing now?
  • Who stays and has a role and who goes?
  • What are the things we need to do to be relevant?

For answers to these questions, make plans to join Jason Jennings on November 17, 2011 as he addresses companies worldwide on the topic of Reinvention as part of the Linkage Thought Leader Series. This presentation will be delivered via satellite and the web at 11:00 AM ET. Visit us online for logistical and group participation options.
