Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management to be renamed Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute

Frances Hesselbein was recruited by Peter Drucker in 1990 to run his Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management which was recently renamed the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute. As acting CEO, Hesselbein overseas the institute’s mission in “three primary goal areas: developing leaders of character and competence; providing dynamic global mentorship, training and service opportunities; and engaging, informing and enhancing the leadership journey of incoming generations of leaders”. As a long-standing Linkage partner and friend Frances honored Keiko Fujimori at our 2011 Women in Leadership Institute with The Frances Hesselbein Excellence in Leadership Award. An award that since its inception in 2006, has been given to honor women who have ignited real change through their leadership.
