Patrick Lencioni on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

August 4, 2011

“If everything is important, then nothing is.” — Patrick Lencioni

As President of The Table Group, Patrick Lencioni has dedicated his career to helping organizations and the people who work within them become more successful.

In his book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable, Lencioni discusses how addressing the five dysfunctions that corrupt teams (such as absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results) can help leaders align employees for organizational success.

Lencioni will serve as a faculty member at the 2011 Global Institute for Leadership Development. He will be presenting on leading teams. Join us this October in Palm Desert  to hear Lencioni and other thought leaders address the issues and concerns that often corrupt today’s organizations.
