Dan Heath on Making Change Stick (video)

On May 12th of 2010, Dan Heath, best-selling author and featured speaker in the Linkage Thought Leader Series, addressed leaders worlwide with a three-part framework to make change happen and to make it stick. This 90-minute program was offered as part of Linkage’s 2010 Thought Leader Series.

That same year, posted this short video of Dan Heath presenting findings from a fascinating psychology study on “Why Change is so hard.” 


About the author–Dan Heath is the co-author, along with his brother Chip, of the Business Week and New York Times best-seller Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die. Dan co-authors a monthly column for Fast Company magazine and serves as a Consultant to the Policy Programs at the Aspen Institute. He has taught and consulted with organizations such as Microsoft, Macy’s, Nestle, and the American Heart Association.
