Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute^™: Where opportunity and inspiration meet

Today, we welcome over 750 leaders to Phoenix, AZ, for Linkage’s 17th Annual Women in Leadership Institute^™. Over the next four days, high-potential leaders from around the world will come together to experience an immersion program designed to ignite new thinking, facilitate idea exchange, and rekindle their passion for fulfilling their leadership potential.

While we don’t generally brag, we will (just this once), because the format of this Institute is different. We offer a self-assessment, targeted leadership competency sessions, and small-group (15-20 people) facilitated discussion—all under one roof and each focused on specific topics that we know from our 25 years of experience working with leaders worldwide often challenge women as they climb the professional ranks.

Even though we’ve been doing this for almost two decades now, our team is re-inspired each time we have the opportunity to share this journey with the high-potential leaders who join us and commit to stepping in more fully as leaders and ultimately, learning how to lead their best life.
