Linkage Named Top 20 Leadership Training Company by Training Industry in 2021 | Advancing Women & Inclusion in the Age of COVID-19

March 30, 2021 Jennifer McCollum

For the 13th year in a row, Linkage has been named among the Top Training Companies in the leadership training sector by Training Industry.

Selection to the annual Top 20 list is based on a variety of criteria, including thought leadership and influence on the leadership training industry: the breadth and quality of programs and audiences served; industry recognition and innovation; and strength of clients and geographic reach.

For more than three decades, Linkage has been on a mission to change the face of leadership by impacting leadership effectiveness and equity. This recognition is a testament to our long-standing commitment to generate leading-edge insight and innovative products to advance women and create more effective and inclusive leaders and organizations.

Over the past year, we partnered with leading organizations to meet the urgent and evolving demands of an unprecedented health crisis, where leadership development programming needed to impact leaders in engaging and innovative digital and virtual formats.

As organizations continue to deal with the impact of an uncertain future, Linkage serves as an invaluable partner in the important work of accelerating leadership readiness, advancing women, and creating inclusive leaders and organizations. We are focused on bringing the latest leadership insight and products to our partners and clients to help them meet the real challenges of today’s unique landscape.

Earlier this year, Linkage unveiled a new Signature Solution, Redesigning Inclusion: Superpowers and Symphony, in partnership with futurist and architect Oshoke Abalu, which combines in-person, virtual and digital training with assessments and engaging keynote content to change the paradigm of workplace inclusion. Superpowers & Symphony joins the Advancing Women Leaders and Accelerating Purposeful Leadership® Signature Solutions, which have been accessed by millions of leaders at premier organizations around the world.

COVID-19 has changed much about how we live and work—from physical changes, like working remotely, to a deep and widespread impact on our economy and the future of our workforce and organizations.

The need to build and support effective, inclusive leaders becomes even more vital in a world demanding innovation and employee productivity. And, as more and more women consider downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce altogether, our framework and programming to advance women leaders becomes a critical way for organizations to meaningfully address this trend.

As we all continue to strive to rise to the challenges presented by our changing world, I am re-energized by our commitment to this work and our shared goal of advancing women and accelerating inspiring and inclusive leaders.
