This November, 3,000+ women leaders will convene at the Women in Leadership Institute™ (WIL) in Orlando, Florida, and virtually.
Each year at WIL, Linkage recognizes an exceptional leader with the Legend in Leadership Award. The leaders who make up the Legends in Leadership legacy inspire and lead with a keen sense of purpose, and they have dedicated their careers—and arguably their life journeys—to activating a deeper purpose in those around them.
WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT ANNE CHOW WILL BE RECOGNIZED AT WIL with the 2022 LEGEND IN LEADERSHIP AWARD.
A trailblazer who is charting a path forward for gender equity, Anne Chow is a shining example of what it means to be an inclusive leader. There is much to learn from her extraordinary work.
Here’s why I am so excited to recognize Anne with this achievement at this year’s Women in Leadership Institute: In a constantly evolving world, our ability to lead purposefully and inclusively will allow our organizations to thrive. Anne’s focus on not only the business case behind inclusion and the advancement of women leaders but the societal necessity of this work shines as a beacon of inspiration for all leaders.
Most recently, Anne was the first female and first person of color to serve as CEO of AT&T Business, a $35-billion unit with more than 30,000 employees. She is Fortune’s #33 Most Powerful Woman in Business, a LinkedIn Top Voice for Gender Equity, and the author of The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias. Anne is focused on advocating for women and girls in STEM and developing a more equitable workforce. She will return to the main stage as a keynote speaker and faculty member at the 2023 Women in Leadership Institute, November 13–16, 2023, in Orlando, Florida, and virtually.
Widely recognized for her role-model inclusive leadership, driving success at the intersection of people, culture and technology, Anne was named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business twice, Forbes’s inaugural CEO Next List of Leaders set to revolutionize American business, and Most Inspiring Woman in Communications by Light Reading. She also received a Gold Stevie Award as Female Executive of the Year – Business Services.
RECOGNIZING ANNE AT THE WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Anne will share her leadership insights on the main stage at the Women in Leadership Institute, taking place November 1–4 in Orlando, Florida, and through our virtual platform.
