During the week of April 10th, emerging leaders and high-potential managers gathered for the first time in Calgary with Linkage President, Harley Ostis, for the launch of the Linkage Leadership Academy in Canada. Harley, who presented at the event, commented that, “In terms of a competitive advantage, talent is one thing that cannot be replicated. So the companies that get it — they pay attention to leadership across their organizations. They are continually engaged in the process of succession management and planning, and they develop their high-potential leaders to create a sustainable, advantaged position.”
Attendees walked away with proven tools and techniques to build accountability and alignment for greater results, a deeper understanding of how to use emotional intelligence to improve productivity in the workplace, and a step-by-step process for leading change. They also received individual results from their Leadership Assessment Instrument™ (LAI) and follow-up action-steps to strengthen their leadership capabilities based on those results.
The next Linkage Leadership Academies will run on May 1-4 in Boston, May 15-18 in San Francisco, on June 19-22 in Boston, and on July 10-13 in Chicago. To read the full press release, click here.
