Linkage Appoints New President of Linkage Worldwide

Harley Ostis, former president and principal consultant for Linkage’s professional services business has been appointed President of Linkage worldwide. Mr. Ostis will oversee all business units for Linkage globally. Formerly, he was responsible for the development and delivery of consulting services and client solutions for Professional Services at Linkage. In his new role, he will have responsibility for all of Linkage’s business units while continuing to provide strategic consulting on leadership development and talent management topics and executive coaching.

Since joining Linkage, Mr. Ostis has helped drive the development of Linkage’s global footprint by working with clients around the world to accelerate their high potential leaders to produce better results. “I have taken great joy in working alongside outstanding clients, colleagues, and partners while at Linkage. I am excited about this opportunity to continue to lead; our success is measured by our clients’ success, and Linkage is committed to providing a measurable contribution to our customers,” says Harley Ostis.
Prior to joining Linkage, Mr. Ostis held the positions of Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at CheckFree Corporation as well as Vice President of Human Resources and Quality at Lanier Worldwide. Mr. Ostis has served as an executive consultant and coach to a number of organizations in the automotive, technology, healthcare services, pharmaceutical, hospitality, aerospace, and government sectors.
