March 11, 2019 Deana LaFauci

Did you catch Linkage on Good Morning America on Friday?

Susan MacKenty Brady, EVP of Linkage and founder of Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute, shared insight into how women can maximize their potential in the workforce in a story which aired on International Women’s Day. The author of Mastering Your Inner Critic & 7 Other High Hurdles to Advancement gave real-life tips that women can apply to help them scale the hurdles to advancement.

As part of the segment, Susan coached two women leaders, Nancy Ban and Alexandria Nunez-Bibby, on how to tackle their Inner Critics and return to their compassionate center.

GMA correspondents Juju Chang and Michael Strahan also spotlighted Linkage’s work with The Walt Disney Company to advance women leaders. Disney hosted an International Women’s Day event for the women who work “behind the magic” at Walt Disney World Resorts worldwide. Susan took the stage at this event to guide thousands of female cast members through tangible next steps to scale the hurdles to advancement.
