Leadership lessons from Santa

December 23, 2014

The Christmas-inspired tips recently published on www.trendhunter.com including preaching selflessness, invoking reciprocity, inspiring colleagues, getting everyone on the same page, leading with the why, challenging everyone, focusing on outcomes, and informing and educating are actually pretty good.
