- Print your assessment. This week, you will receive a link to your personalized 360° Women in Leadership Assessment™ report. Print a copy of the report and take a few minutes to reflect on the data. Jot down your questions and bring a copy with you.

- Ask yourself: why do I lead? At WIL, you’ll have the unique opportunity to reflect on your own journey—and what inspires you to lead. Our greatest call to action as leaders is to live our purpose. It matters—and has a lasting impact. Our team’s recent research explains how.
- Own your narrative—be proud of it. “When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.” Check out New York Times bestselling author and WIL faculty member Brené Brown’s TED talk “The Power of Vulnerability.”
- Differences make us stronger. WIL faculty and global leadership consultant Karen Cvitkovich shares how to navigate through the different cultural realities of how people think and get things done across time zones. She shares her perspective in this blog.
- Healthy habits matter. Developing healthy habits will enhance your leadership abilities and help you excel in your role. Check out WIL faculty Tara Swart’s “5 Brain Health Habits For Better Leadership.”
- Think about how you connect with others. Facilitators from the legendary sketch and improv comedy theater Second City will challenge us to think differently about how we can connect with others in an authentic way. It’s about connection, curiosity and clarity.
