January 24, 2012

Original date: Thursday, January 26, 2012

Attend a pre-recorded webinar focused on creating engagement around an initiative within an organization–especially inclusion. In this session, Todd Corley, SVP of Diversity and Inclusion at Abercrombie and Fitch (A&F) addresses the importance of engagement and specifically what A&F does to ignite passion within its employees.

Viewers will get an insider’s look into how A&F promotes D&I through designated programs and initiatives such as diversity week, the A&F Diversity Champion Program and through the organization’s use of social media. Todd will share practical takeaways including best practices and tips for creating and maintaining a sustainable diversity program.

About the speaker:

Todd Corley joined Abercrombie & Fitch as their first-ever corporate officer in charge of diversity and inclusion. He has shared oversight for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative and is a liaison to the A&F Board of Directors’ CSR committee. Under his leadership, the percentage of U.S. in-store associates have become more racially and ethnically diverse than the U.S. population.
