About the presenters:

Noel Tichy is an author and Professor of Management & Organizations at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. While at GE, Noel was Manager of Management Education, where he directed its worldwide development efforts at Crotonville.

David Murphy spent most of his professional career with the Ford Motor Company where, until 2002, he was Vice President of Human Resources. As Executive VP of HR at The McGraw-Hill Companies, he is responsible for their global human resources initiatives with particular emphasis on leadership and talent development.
