This week, we are honoring Frances Hesselbein.

Since its inception in 2006, The Frances Hesselbein Excellence in Leadership Award has been given at Linkage’s Women In Leadership Summit to honor women who have ignited real change through their leadership in corporate America and the world.

Frances Hesselbein is the Founding President and Chair of the Board of Governors of the Leader to Leader Institute, formerly the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management.  She served as CEO of the Girl Scouts of the USA  from 1976-1990, and is the editor-in-chief of Leader to Leader Journal.
