WIL 2014: Fighting the enemy of engagement (video)

November 3, 2014

Those of you who are lucky enough to be in Anaheim, California for the start of our 16th annual Women in Leadership Institute are in for a treat. Susan Brady, EVP and Lead Strategist for Linkage’s Advancing Women Leaders practice, will be kicking off the Institute this afternoon and sharing her insights on developing a leadership skill that’s not often spoken about in the C-suite—managing your inner critic. And since we feel this information is too valuable to keep to ourselves, here’s a little taste of what she’ll be talking about.

If you can’t make it this year, check out #linkageinc to see what you’re missing. Or click here to start planning to attend WIL next year.

And we want to hear from you. How do you do battle with the enemy of engagement? What are some of the ways you’ve been able to overcome the toxic effects of perfectionism? Share your thoughts with us in the comments box below.
