We are thrilled to announce the newest additions to our expert consulting and coaching team, and welcome Eddie Turner and Machael Pelosi Sherry as Principal Consultants, joining our robust and diverse consulting group.

Machael Pelosi Sherry
Machael has spent over 15 years in the learning and development space, where she has created, implemented and managed large-scale leadership development experiences designed to help leaders gain greater insight into themselves and others, inspire and influence action, and attain meaningful outcomes at the individual, team and organizational level.
Prior to joining Linkage, Machael held senior leadership positions in several organizations; in each role, she elevated organizational performance by creating clarity around vision and strategy, recruiting and developing talent, and building a culture where people feel valued, included and invested in the organization’s continued success.
Machael holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Boston College, a Master of Science in education from Pace University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law. She earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Machael is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS & MVPI).
Eddie has worked as an executive coach for senior and emerging leaders, and Forbes has called him the preeminent authority on emerging leaders. He also delivers keynote speeches and facilitates learning delivery and executive strategy sessions.
As a Principal Consultant at Linkage, Eddie serves as one of the faculty and a facilitator of Linkage’s inclusion-focused keynote sessions, including Three Critical Levers to Creating an Inclusive Culture and Reflecting on Allyship: How to Drive Meaningful Change.
Eddie is a Certified Speaking Professional™ (CSP®) and ranked #6 on the “Top 30” list of Motivational Speakers by Global Gurus. He is also a certified trainer and master facilitator. He has appeared in national print, radio and television media, such as the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Fox News, PBS, NPR and ABC. He is a published author, successful podcast host and former national media commentator.
Eddie is one of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches, an International Certified Coach, an Affiliate Coach with the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and an official ICF Mentor Coach. Of the more than 45,000 ICF members in 147 countries, he was selected as a 2020 ICF Coach of the Week. Additionally, he is one of 60 contributing subject matter experts to the Talent Development Body of Knowledge—the definitive resource for the talent development profession by the Association for Talent Development.
Eddie has extensive experience working with all levels of leaders in Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, international conglomerates, universities, and public, private and nonprofit organizations as a technology and leadership consultant. He studied leadership and organizational behavior at Northwestern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science, and holds an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School.
