Drum Roll, Please: Top 5 Posts From 2018

As we dive into the New Year, now is a great time for reflection and renewed focus. What accomplishments are you most proud of? What and who are you grateful for? I love reflecting on these questions as I think about the past year and what I’m excited about as we kick-off 2019.  

For the editorial staff of our blog, now is the time that we look back to see what topics resonated most with you, our readers. As it turns out, topics like finding your purpose, trust (or lack thereof!) in leadership, advancing women leaders, and mastering your inner critic, were top of mind.  

So, without further ado, here are the top five leadership stories of 2018:
