Don’t miss this week’s webinar: What Every Organization Should Know about Advancing Women Leaders

May 26, 2015

Thursday, May 28, 2015 1:00 PM EDT

The good news is women are entering the workforce and (at times) rising to the same levels of management as their male counterparts. However, projections still estimate that women won’t enjoy equal representation in leadership ranks until 2085.(1). And statistics also show that’s bad for business.

The most successful organizations commit to not only developing female talent, but also fostering a culture in which women can thrive. If you’re ready to help your organization make the jump, join Susan Brady, Lead Strategist of Linkage’s Advancing Women Leaders and Inclusion Practice, as she explains:

  • What organizations must do in order to retain and advance their female talent;
  • The most common derailers affecting the winning strategies of organizations and their women; and
  • Linkage’s Maturity Model to define where an organization is in its journey to advance women.
