Free Webinar Recording: Daring to Lead with Dr. Brené Brown

August 13, 2012

In her latest book, Daring Greatly, Brené Brown urges us to realize the importance of engaging our vulnerability and embracing it. In doing so, we may plumb the depths of our courage and emerge as more purposeful, intentional leaders who dare to be truly and authentically seen.

In this pre-recorded webinar, listen as Brené Brown previews her keynote presentations later this year and explores the following:
1. What drives fears of vulnerability
2. The cost when we, or our followers, shut down and disengage
3. How we can engage and own vulnerability, so we can start transforming the way we lead.

Brené Brown, Ph.D., LMSW, is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent more than a decade studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. A nationally-renowned speaker, Brené and her work has been featured on/in PBS, NPR, CNN, The Washington Post, Psychology Today, and TED. This year, Linkage welcomes Brené as a faculty member of its Global Institute for Leadership Development (October 14-19, 2012) and Women in Leadership Institute (November 7-9, 2012)
