Building Organizations That Are Fit for The Future [video]
A decade ago, business strategist Gary Hamel was invited as a guest speaker on the Linkage Thought Leader Series, where he explained that the key for organizations to thrive is for them to harness creativity to challenge the status quo and to invent new ways of doing business.
For researcher Jason Jennings, the decision to write today on what he coins with the term of ‘reinvention’ was made easy when this surprising piece of research from the IBM Study of the Global Marketplace recently came to his attention. The study reveals that 66% of all CEO’s believe that their present business model is sustainable for fewer than three years, and 32% believe that the lifespan of their current business model is less than five years. That’s an astounding 98% of CEO’s who believe their current business models are ultimately unsustainable.
Please join us in welcoming Jason Jennings for a 60-minute presentation via satellite and the web on November 17, 2011. He will explain the secrets of the leaders and organizations that have successfully reinvented and transformed themselves. This session will be followed by a live and interactive 30-minute Q&A session with the featured presenter. For more information, click here.
