Announcing Leadership Breakfast Seminar Series

February 22, 2012

Our new Leadership Breakfast Seminar Series, a set of events that will address key leadership topics will take place in Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, and Calgary this year.

The first event kicked off on February 3rd in Atlanta at the Boys and Girls Club of America Corporate Headquarters.  Roger Young, Linkage Regional Vice President and Principal Consultant, presented at the event: “At Linkage, we know that the benefits of a robust leadership development system range from increased engagement to innovation, relationship impact, and rainmaking, yet we realize that many organizations still do not understand the measurable and quantifiable return on investment for leadership development. In this session, I helped participants learn how to better demonstrate how increased investment in leadership programming shows itself on the top and bottom line.”

Attendees walked away with a process tool to assess the return on investment (ROI) of their leadership development initiatives and received free access to Linkage’s online Leadership Assessment Instrument. They also had the opportunity to network with other like-minded leaders and practitioners.  The next event in the series, is scheduled for April 5th in Boston, and will focus on strategic thinking for leadership impact.

The breakfast seminars are designed to share the tools and processes which are delivered as a part of the Linkage Leadership Academy.  The Academy is based on the High Impact Leadership Model, a proven leadership competency model co-developed by world-renowned leadership expert Warren Bennis and Linkage.
