Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Memory Stick (USB Jump Drive) Sponsorship – $7,500 + cost of sticks (Exclusive): Your company logo appears on the official Diversity Summit Memory Stick. This is an exclusive opportunity – one company’s logo (along with the event producer, Linkage).

Coffee Station / Break Sponsorship – $2,995 (Exclusive): Your organization will be the exclusive sponsor of the coffee station or designated breaks throughout the summit. In addition to signage on-site, you will receive branding in the program agenda and have the opportunity to provide logo mugs, napkins, giveaways, etc.

Lanyards – $2,500 (Exclusive): Your company logo on each registration badge lanyard. Sponsor is responsible for supplying lanyards for the summit.

Badge Insert – $2,500 (Exclusive): Your company logo and message on a special card insert that will be included in each registration badge holder. Sponsor is responsible for supplying designed inserts.

Promotional Insert – $1,000: Your organization will have the opportunity to provide one piece of marketing material to be placed in all attendee materials.

Room Drops – $1,000: Provide one piece of marketing material to be placed in the hotel room for every attendee hotel guest. Additional charges by the hotel are not included in rate.

Full Page Advertisement – $1,000: Full page advertisement in the Summit Proceedings book distributed to all summit attendees. Artwork must be submitted to Linkage by proceedings deadline (please check with your representative).
