5 Steps for Practicing Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative Inquiry focuses on possibilities, not problems; what is right not what is wrong. What IS working rather than what is NOT working. The process doesn’t ignore problems. It just approaches them from the other side and focuses on discovering what works, in order to do more of it. Learn how to practice Appreciative Inquiry to positively impact your results as a leader, team member, and as an organization.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • practice Appreciative Inquiry to positively impact the results of you and your team
  • ask questions that will influence business decisions
  • create a more cohesive team atmosphere
