Leadership Coaching at GILD

The Global Institute for Leadership Development® (GILD)’s one-on-one leadership coaching is a proven way of truly applying the content learned at GILD and translating it into a tangible and actionable plan for real positive change.

The GILD coaching process begins with an introductory 30-minute call with your coach prior to the Institute. Once on-site, you will engage in a 90-minute private coaching session, during which your Purposeful Leadership Assessment™ (PLA) results are interpreted and preliminary personal development goals are set. Four to six weeks after GILD, you’ll have two one-hour coaching calls to ensure that you have an established Individual Development Plan (IDP) and continue working on your IDP by applying what you learned at GILD.

Coach Selection Process

  1. Review our GILD Coach Faculty
  2. Take note of your top three choices (you may wish to write them down)
  3. Complete the Leadership Coach Selection survey
