REDESIGNING INCLUSION: Becoming an Inclusion Champion – Leadership In-Person Program is designed to equip leaders with hands-on learning and the actionable tools they need to lead inclusively.

How are you encouraging leaders at your organization to lead inclusively?

Linkage’s Becoming an Inclusion Champion Leadership In-Person Program is a full-day learning experience, delivered on-site at your organization, which enables leaders to create and foster cultures of inclusion.

In-person delivery builds a collective commitment through small-group discussions, large-group discussions, and social and collaborative learning. Participants assess and reflect on their own unconscious biases, recognize opportunities to mitigate that bias, have a chance to practice inclusive leadership skills, and learn tools to reframe thinking and behaviors in more positive and impactful ways.

Testimonials

I found significant impact in the element of collective learning where we’re able to dialogue with other leaders. Hearing different experiences and having the time to discuss those experiences was paramount. It was a masterful effort to reach us.

As a result of this experience, moving forward, what I will do differently as a leader is to be more mindful of inclusion of others through identifying when/where it does not exist. Focus on a concentric approach to applying the learning.
