BOSTON, Mass: Linkage, Inc., a leading provider of leadership assessment, development, coaching and consulting, announced that the 21st annual Women in Leadership Institute™ will now be offered in two convenient formats: Face-to-Face and Virtual.

Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute™ (WIL) is a four-day immersive learning experience, designed to inspire and equip women leaders with actionable strategies to overcome the hurdles women often face in the workplace. For the first time ever, the Institute is available virtually, as well as a face-to-face experience, taking place November 9–12, 2020, in Dallas, TX.

“Accelerating the development of women leaders in our organizations is even more important in this current environment,” said Jennifer McCollum, CEO of Linkage. “We know the hurdles to advancement for women leaders become disproportionately greater during times of crisis. We have carefully designed a live and virtual immersive development experience to equip leaders with the critical tools they need to continue to advance along their leadership paths and to guide their teams and organizations effectively in this uncertain time.”

Virtual participants will experience everything that makes WIL so unique—from inspirational keynote speakers to small-group learning teams, all from the comfort of their own computer. The virtual platform experience has been carefully crafted for this medium, ensuring maximum interactivity and real-time learning through exercises, multi-user webcam, collaboration, Q&A, polling, and quizzes. In addition, the experience includes advanced Master Classes, focused on critical skill-building topics targeted for women leaders, and the opportunity to connect with hundreds of other working professionals from across industries.

“This is an opportunity to deliver highly accessible learning to a wider and more diverse population of learners,” says Katharine Panessidi, Program Director, Linkage’s Women in Leadership Events. “The interactivity with other participants is something that makes our virtual event unique. Our attendees will be actively engaged throughout the event, just as they would be if they were attending face-to-face. It is a rare gift to be among hundreds of women leaders—and the potential impact from these connections is immeasurable: We facilitate this feeling no matter the medium!”
